Thanks for downloading Ragnarok. This was my GFS contest entry, so I've just added to the readme from there because I'm lazy :p

I'm pleased with the way that Ragnarok has turned out, especially considering I only started it 5 days before the contest deadline! However, this mission wouldn't have been what it is without my testers: FireSplat, Chucker, and Ice Heart - thanks to all of them. Additional thanks to Volition, for FS2, and Coca-cola Inc. for Dr. Pepper. :D

Enjoy, folks! For some tips see below.

Other missions by me currently available: Burnout (version 2 under construction); A Little Piece of Hell (likely to be revised as well); The Hammer Falls; The Third Man. FS2: Derelict should be out soon, from which 'The Third Man' is taken. It will contain 35-40 missions, about half of which have been done by me, half by Agatheron.

***SPOILERS AHEAD***

MISSION TIPS: these *are* spoilers, so use them at your own risk.

- There are a couple of Prometheus S cannons in the optional loadout.
- Do what Penemuunde Command says. Stay away from the cruisers, the Mjolnirs and stick with engaging the Shivan fighters.
- When the fighters are all destroyed, get back to the Penemuunde.
- Don't take on the Apocrypha. You can't save the Bellorophon or the installation. However, the situation will...resolve itself.
- You can't be everywhere at once when defending the escapees, so use wingmen wisely and defend the ones under attack the most or the weakest (for example, the GTT Indigo can take a bit of heat, but the Le Grange is toast if it gets hit).

NOTE: Penemuunde was the real-life location that the German V2 rockets were tested at during WWII. See, FS2 can be educational... :)
